If approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If a replacement is approved due to a damaged or incorrect order, we will arrange that directly with you.

Store Credit

Any approved store credit will be issued to your email on file.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Store credit will not be issued for shipping fees
