Compliance with Law

Rosslyn Direct sells hemp-derived products in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with your local laws and regulations before placing an order.

We do not guarantee that our products are legal in your state or locality and reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe violates applicable law.

Product Disclaimer

Our products are not for use by or sale to persons under the age of 21.

All products sold by Rosslyn Direct are hemp-derived and contain no more than 0.3% Δ9 THC in compliance with federal law.

These products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Use all products responsibly. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you have any concerns.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct
  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price

Product Expectations

Our products are solventless, natural, and strain-specific. Flavor, aroma, consistency, and effects may vary from person to person.

We strongly recommend trying smaller quantities when exploring new strains or products.

We do not offer refunds based on personal preference or individual product experience.

Storage & Heat Disclaimer

Our products are sensitive to heat and environmental conditions.

During shipping, texture and consistency may change due to temperature exposure. This is normal and does not affect quality, potency, or safety.

If your product arrives soft or altered in consistency, placing it in a refrigerator for a short period can help restore its original texture.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may increase during high-volume periods or product drops.

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or external factors
  • We are not responsible for packages once they are in transit

If a package is marked as delivered, it is considered successfully delivered.

If you cannot locate your package:

  • Check with neighbors or your building
  • Contact the carrier directly
  • Allow up to 48 hours for delivery updates

After that, contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Order Accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing your order before completing checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect items selected
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Duplicate orders placed by mistake

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout cannot be replaced or refunded.

Returns, Refunds & Damage Claims

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns based on:

  • Personal preference
  • Flavor or aroma
  • Desired effects
  • Texture or consistency changes

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, you must provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Chargebacks & Fraud

All orders are documented with payment verification, shipping confirmation, and delivery tracking.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with all available evidence.

Accounts associated with chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.

Shipping Restrictions

We only ship to states where hemp-derived products are permitted.

It is your responsibility to ensure that our products are legal in your state or locality before placing an order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally fulfilled.
