Order shipped over the weekend (accepted by carrier Saturday), didn’t arrive until Thursday night — well outside a safe cold-chain window. I paid for cold shipping, but only got an instant ice pack (good for ~48hrs max) with no insulated box. No insulation meant nothing to hold the cold or block outside heat, so by Sunday it was likely already warming. On top of that, it was delivered to Texas during a 100°+ week, then sat on the delivery truck from 8am until 9pm before I opened it. Product arrived fully warmed — no terp smell, no effect, clearly degraded from heat exposure. Recommendations: use an actual insulated box, better/longer-lasting ice packs, and offer priority shipping (1-3 day) for concentrates — especially in summer. Standard shipping just isn’t sufficient for products like this in the heat.
